if you only want to use the o2 pay as you go internet for chatting (whatsapp, link, etc) or browsing the internet and checking emails, 100 MB might be  enough for a month.  However, if you want to watch movies on Youtube, then you might want to opt for at least 500 MB of data, as each good quality video will consume you about 3 to 4 MB.
