Hi Javi, which operator are you using straight talk with? Att or Tmobile?
Everything works on my s7 except MMS. Do you happen to have a solution for that? Thank you!
Hi Amber, please refer to the MMS troubleshooting post on the site.
I have the same problem as Javi. Can make phone calls and send text messages but can’t send messages with pictures. Also cannot access the internet. The apn is att.mvno
My Galaxy S7 won’t let me change the APN. The Add button won’t highlight, it won’t let me delete or restore.
Is this a locked phone?
I also have this issue. I have straight talk through Verizon. I have spent several hours with straight talk technical support and thought the issue was resolved only to find it is not. I can call and text but no internet unless o am connected to wifi. Please help.

Seems to be a widespread issue. I am having the same trouble. Roaming, mobile data, everything enabled that could be. Still no access outside of wifi. Would love to get this resolved but the apn is locked out. Not sure why it would be unless they are trying to stop people from changing it?
I just recently switched back to my Samsung Galaxy S7 after my other Samsung phone got smashed at Home Depot. I did all the updates and I am having the same problem as everyone else. The phone is an unlocked ATT phone. Did not have this problem with this phone when I first used in a year or so ago. Just now that I started back with it. Can send messages, but no images and only on WI-FI. Spent several hours over an entire weekend working with Straight Talk, who also got ATT involved. Checked the APN information and everything. Still not resolved. They threw their hands in the air and gave up on me. So here I stand, not alone apparently, confused and afraid to replace my phone with another Samsung. Since they seem to be the only ones having the problem.
Thank you. My friend is in tears and feeling like she is alone. You have made her feel vindicated.
Thank you for this. It worked perfectly after multiple attempts with Straight Talk with them basically saying they couldn’t help me & I had to get a new phone. Peace & love to you.
glad to help!
