Mobile network settings – configuration steps

In order to configure the mobile network settings on your phone, you will need to proper APN Settings from the mobile operator you are using, if you don’t have it just try doing a search on our site and you’ll most likely find the correct ones.

These mobile network settings are usually pre-configured on the phone so you normally don’t have to change them.  However, if you have purchased the phone from the internet or brought it from another country, then you will need to manually update the mobile network settings on the phone.

In order to give you the proper steps, please locate the phone model you are using:

Mobile network settings for Android:

If you are using an Android device (Samsung, HTC, Motorola, LG, BLU, Huawei, etc.), You will need to access the following section, Go to Settings >  Mobile Networks > Access Point Names.  From that menu, you will be able to edit or add a new set of mobile network settings.

Mobile network settings for iPad or iPhone:

For iOS owners, you can access the mobile network settings menu here::  In the Settings menu Select General.  Then select Network, and then Cellular Data Network (or just Cellular Data)

Mobile network settings for Windows Phone:

For the Windows phone, the correct path to access the menu is the following: press the Arrow Right to access the main menu, after that go to Settings and then select Mobile Network.  From this menu, you will need to add the proper APN Settings provided by your Mobile Operator or the one you found in our site
